Each student will receive the following supplies: 1 needle felted pad and 1 felting needle, white, dark brown, and tan alpaca fiber, 2 plastic eyes, brown thread, and wire for armature. I hope you’ll come out and felt along with us!
Holly Palmer is a textile artist from Westminster. When she was very young, she painted a little ceramic plaque and knew at that time that she had found her passion and from then on she loved anything she could paint, sculpt, or design. Creating amigurumi, the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting characters or animals, got her into fiber art. That led her into needle felting, spinning yarn and weaving. Needle felting is her favorite craft currently. It is like sculping clay, but with fiber. She sells her crafts on Etsy. Her store is called Snow Snuggle –
